Therapeutic YogaVoice® aids singers and voice users recovering from vocal injury or undergoing voice rehabilitation. Mark adapts the principles and practices of YogaVoice® to assist the care seeker by recalibrating the physical and energetic elements vital for effective and healthy vocal function.

Stress/Anxiety

Mark works with individuals who are affected by stress-related conditions, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, sleep and rest imbalances, as well as other symptoms of nervous system dysregulation. Yoga and sound healing techniques promote vagal nerve tone, creating resilience against stress. They offer alternatives for daily living by empowering care seekers with new perspectives on healing, self-care, and wellness.
