Yoga Therapy with Mark also offers lifestyle mentoring for individuals who aren't receiving medical care but are inspired to change their daily lives and work experiences. This may include spiritual direction. Working with Mark promotes wellness for whole-person, whole-hearted living.

Therapeutic YogaVoice® aids singers and voice users recovering from vocal injury or undergoing voice rehabilitation. Mark adapts the principles and practices of YogaVoice® to assist the care seeker by recalibrating the physical and energetic elements vital for effective and healthy vocal function.
Stress/Anxiety
Mark works with individuals who are affected by stress-related conditions, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, sleep and rest imbalances, as well as other symptoms of nervous system dysregulation. Yoga and sound healing techniques promote vagal nerve tone, creating resilience against stress.
